MachAccess helps makers get time on real machines without buying them.

Why we started

Plenty of people want to machine a part, cut a sign or weld a frame once in a while. Buying the tools makes no sense for that. Shared workshops solve the problem, but finding the right one and learning how it works can feel like joining a club with secret rules. We explain those rules.

What we are

A guide. We don’t operate workshops, sell memberships or take bookings. We describe the kinds of shared shops that exist, how access usually works and how to be a good member.
